It is recommended to use direct thermal labels for shipping labels as the most cost effective solution
ShipStationprints 4" x 6" labels. If you are using a thermal label printer, be sure to purchase the 4" x 6" labelssupported by your model thermal printer. 4" x 6" is approximately 101mm x 152mm.ShipStationcan print labels from 100mm x 150mm up to A6-sized sheets.
Labels must be a single continuous sheet to work properly with ShipStation. Because part of the postage label will print on the detachable portion, paper labels that include detachable tabs will not print correctly.
