Product Description

The SATO CL4-SXR is a high-performance industrial barcode label printer designed for demanding manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, healthcare, food processing, and retail labeling environments. It supports both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing and is available in 203 dpi, 305 dpi, and 609 dpi resolutions.

Configure the printer with standard tear-off, cutter, or peel-and-present dispenser media handling. Choose standard wired connectivity or add Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Every configuration includes USB, USB Host, Gigabit Ethernet, RS-232 serial, NFC, and external I/O connectivity.

Configuration Guide

203 dpi: Best for high-speed shipping, inventory, carton, and general-purpose barcode labels.

305 dpi: Best for smaller barcodes, fine text, product labels, and compliance applications.

609 dpi: Best for very small labels, dense barcodes, electronics, pharmaceutical, and high-detail printing.

Standard: Tear-off operation. Cutter: Automatically cuts labels or tags. Dispenser: Peels the label from the liner for immediate application.
