At the core of the system is the Trek 21.5" Touchscreen Computer, powered by an Intel® i3 processor and Windows 11 IoT. With 8GB RAM, a 128GB SSD, and built-in Wi-Fi, the platform delivers the performance, security, and long-term OS support required for modern self-service ordering, check-in, and payment workflows. The large, responsive touchscreen provides an intuitive user experience for customers and staff alike.

The kiosk is supported by the Trek Connect Countertop Self-Service Stand and Countertop Base, engineered for stability, security, and clean cable management. This modular design creates a professional, space-efficient kiosk ideal for counters, desks, and service stations.

For payment integration, the bundle includes the Connect Pay Support Arm and Connect Pay Plate for Verifone P400, enabling secure mounting of the Verifone P400 device to support EMV chip, magstripe, and contactless transactions.

Receipt printing is handled by the Epson TM-M30II thermal receipt printer, mounted using the Connect TM-M3 Printer Mount for a clean, integrated kiosk appearance. USB and Ethernet connectivity provide flexible installation options and reliable performance.
