Exact printer requirements

SimpleConsign requires thermal label printers to be 203 dpi and use USB. Supported current models include TSC DH240, Zebra ZD411 and Zebra ZD421.

Choose labels after the format

Label and tag dimensions depend on the format configured in SimpleConsign. Confirm the store’s label template before ordering media; there is no single universal label roll.

Cash drawers

USB cash drawers are not supported. The cash drawer connects to the supported receipt printer through the correct drawer cable.
