Order Processing

All orders are processed within standard business hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address on file.


Shipping & Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers, including FedEx, to deliver your orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, ShopPOSPortal is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Delivery Confirmation

When your order is delivered, a delivery confirmation notification will be sent to the email address on file. This notification serves as confirmation that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your delivery location (front door, side door, garage, mailbox, etc.)
  • Verify with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office/mailroom
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional details

You must report any missing or undelivered packages within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Claims & Responsibility

ShopPOSPortal will assist with carrier investigations for packages reported within the 7-day window. After this period, we are unable to guarantee resolution, replacement, or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

ShopPOSPortal is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. ShopPOSPortal is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
