You may return any eligible product within 30 days of receiving your package for a full refund, provided that:

  • All original boxes, packaging materials, accessories, and documentation are included.
  • The product is in its original condition and shows no signs of misuse or damage.

Returns missing components or packaging may be subject to denial or a partial refund or no refund at all. This is to the discretion of the manufacturers of the products.

After 30 Days: Manufacturer Warranty

Once the 30-day return window has passed, all support, repairs, and warranty claims must be handled directly through the product manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand, and ShopPOSPortal is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or timelines.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used:

  • Receipt paper rolls
  • Labels (thermal, adhesive, barcode, etc.)
  • Any other consumable supplies

Consumables must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
